About three years ago I got a call from my friend Joyce asking if I might be interested in taking some pictures for her organization. At the time, I knew very little about Exodus World Service and the amazing work they do for refugee families arriving into Chicago. I’ve had the pleasure of shooting with Exodus quite a bit since then, and each time the experience just gets richer. Witnessing the faith, courage and resilience of these families is truly inspiring.
